Like sand through an hourglass...

I know everyone says that kids grow up too fast, but really, where did my little boy go?

C turned nine yrs old!!! I only have nine more years until he's eighteen and will be

getting ready to go on his mission. How am I supposed to help him grow up to be a

good man? He's so fun and helpful now. He gives service when ever he sees an opportunity.

I hope that D and I can teach him everything else he needs to learn by then.

These pics are a little out of order from when they happened, but who cares...

He got a real bow and arrow from D and me. It'll be one of the best days in his

life when he can go out to the desert and practice shooting it.

Grandma Kay and Grandpa gave him a soccer net!

He LOVES playing soccer (not sure where he got that from)

Now, we have to get the backyard done so he has a place to set it up.

Mema and Papa gave his some cash money. I think he would have been perfectly

happy if everyone just gave him money and no gifts.

Why do kids always have to get so close when ever someone is opening a present? haha

On his birthday I took C and W to Golf Land. They had an egg hunt that day. Lucky boys!

He was taking his time trying to find the "golden egg". He didn't find it, but he was determined to check every square inch of the place.

I got a pic when they were holding still for a minute. After the egg hunt, they played 6 rounds of laser tag and a round of goofy golf. I wish we had time to stay longer, they had a BLAST!
