Every Christmas we have a special little elf visit us. His name is Sassafras and sometimes he gets bored when we fall asleep. On Christmas Eve morning we woke up to this in our kitchen!
THENOn the night of Christmas Eve the kids each got to open one present. This year they each got COZY robes! They put their robes on and we drove around to look at Christmas lights. When we got home, they got to drink some special snow man soup! They brushed their teeth and all fell asleep in Mom and Dad's room. Its our tradition for them to sleep on a mattress in our room, so they don't sneak a peek at Santa.
THEN
On Christmas Morning we all woke up early (thanks to Mom) and checked to see what Santa brought the kids. C got a BB/Pellet gun. M got a huge art set and L got a Power Ranger's sword and hydro bow.
THEN
We jumped in the car and headed into town.
At
N and B's we at DELICIOUS food opened presents and talked to L and B on the phone. The kids enjoyed playing with all FOUR doggies. Finally enough doggies to share the love!
At Mema and Papa's we opened more gifts. I'll post a picture of what J&K gave us when I have it up. We ate more good food and played a HILARIOUSNESS game called Curses inside while the kids played outback with all their cousins.
